What to Expect at Your Appointment
Your doctor will perform a general assessment of your health with a specific focus on your overall sleep. Polysomnography (a sleep study) is the primary diagnostic modality used to diagnose sleep-related disorders. You will need to have an updated sleep study prior to evaluation (<1 year old).
As part of our physical exam, you will also undergo an endoscopic exam of their upper airway (nasopharyngoscopy).
After a thorough evaluation, an array of treatment options will be discussed, and based on your specific goals and needs, an appropriate treatment plan will be generated and implemented.
